I am a Berggruen-Weatherhead Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University working at the intersection of political economy, comparative politics and political sociology. In my ongoing projects, I study political consequences of technological innovation and occupational change in post-industrial societies. I am particularly interested in how relative changes in economic well-being affect political behavior and how the middle class responds to a rapidly changing employment structure.

I hold a PhD from the University of Zurich and have been Visiting Researcher at the European University Institute and Junior Visiting Scholar at Nuffield College, Oxford.
